It is our best seller because down here (Alamogordo NM) chileheads are a dime a dozen. The Mellow has a little more cilantro in it. I think its a little bitter but cilantro lovers will think its great. I actually made that one for my wife. I will throw in some free spices for any TTF'ers that order.
