With the winter weather and eating season upon us, I wanted to post a little something to help us remember that a healthy body, is a happy body. Gabrielle Reece takes us on a tour of her fridge and shares her tips for smart shopping and healthy eating. I wonder if she has any hot sauce in that fridge? Take note, she says it’s “ok” for the kids to have Mac & Cheese!!!

TSO Trans Siberian Orchestra, is a family tradition here, excellent every year. We had 9th row center on the floor. I must be geting old, my ears were ringing when I went to bed last night, lol.
Now that the daughters gone and married off, it sure is great to spend time with her.
I just watched the video, I didn’t see any hot sauce in the fridge…I don’t trust heer! How can you trust anyone who doesnt have hot sauce in the fridge! she had way too many eggs, like 3 dozen in the door, thats bad, unless they eat a TON of eggs (which are bad for you) they are gonna get old. She is pretty hot though…so that makes up for a lot. She can keep her eggs in my fridge!
If you look in the top shelf of the door, you will see bottles that resemble hot sauce bottles. I’m almost positive that I saw a Cape Fear Pepper Company Red Savina bottle in there!
