      Good to hear! How were the heat levels – I re-adjusted them again (although the hot should be good – I am more worried about the mild).

      I am definitely getting 1/2 gallon plastic jugs real soon. The QT glass is too expensive and too heavy.

      LOL – that is about the only thing I have left is the name. I was going to try and be fancy with some cool name but i’ll probably just go with:
      Fat Kid Sauces Fire Roasted Red Pepper Salsa (MILD|HOT)
      and
      Fat Kid Salsa Black Bean & Corn Salsa (MILD|HOT)

      HOw creative I am – right? Maybe a contest here at TTF?

      Mild sauces are perfect. My brother called both of them a close medium. A little warmer than mild. He actually compared it to a Tostitos medium as far as heat goes.

      The Hot is the perfect heat level for me. It’s hot, but not Extreme hot. Both salsas.

      That is some good stuff. So good, infact, that I talked to a buddy of mine that handles purchasing for a large national grocery chain and they are interested in submitting an initial order of 4800 units (pending pricing approval of course).
