    Merry Christmas from the Family…

    By admin | December 24, 2008 |

Merry Christmas from my family to yours. I love this day, as it holds a very special meaning for my family. In what ever sort of way you like to spend this day, we wish that you will have a blessed day that brings you Peace, Love, and Great Joy.
    ~Cap’n Bones~

Most of all, remember what Christmas is all about: “But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people… a savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord” (Luke 2:10-11, NIV).

Happy Holidays to all. I hope it is a very special event for the whole family for each and everyone of you.

For those of you that have not received your Secret Santa gift, please be patient, some people fell behind schedule. Consider it an extension of your holiday. For those that want to send pics in please send them into DK, TC or me. I have a SS Thank You post ready to go. We can always add on after it is up.

Ok all young parents out their, with kids in 8 to 15 age any cool toys. Like first BB gun or HO train set. Any race car sets. Hey any Electric football games you know turn it on and shake rattle and roll down the field. Some of the all time greats.

    22. 22
      Cap'n Bones says:

My son and I still play with my bb gun, but the electric football set is all rusty from being out in the storage shed. It still works, but it’s a death trap. Both my kids got a few hot wheels this year. That’s something that is a tradition in my family. I always got hot wheels, now my kids do. I still have all of mine from ’68 til now.
We had a very simple Christmas this year. Son got a new bike, and daugther has a bunch of new clothes. Santa story…around 11pm after the kids went to bed on Christmas eve, I went out to the storage shed where I had a bike hidden for my son. FLAT TIRE! No biggie, just fired up the air compressor and filled it up, but unfortunately for me the valve stem had a slit in it at the rim and it wouldn’t hold air. Crap! Soooo, do I go to wally world in the middle of the nite, or swap out a tube from my cruiser. Well, I ended up swaping out the tube from my bike. 1hr 1/2 later I was back in from the operation. All went well. Son is stoked on the bike, and I knew my time was well spent once I saw his excited face on Christmas morning. I love being a dad…
