Each and every month, Taste The Fear provides for all of those who wish to participate, a place to hang out and comment on “almost” anything that they wish to talk about. The “NFZ” is the off-topic area, however many interesting topics usually seem to come about from all of the madness.

What’s everyone’s plan’s for SB Sunday? What’s on the plate? We’re just gonna eat all day, I think. Some of Betty’s Ranch Stars, shrimp cocktail..that’s lunch..for dinner Prime Rib and Lobster Tail.
He won’t be up for the game..I’m gonna try..so much for a diet here!lol
no plans, no menu. Betty works during the day and when she gets home we’ll have supper. I’m thinking chili. I can fix it low and slow in the crock pot while I’m downstairs. I’ve got a custom Hot Wheels project I’ve been working on all week. I’ve got around 6-8 hours of applying decals to do tomorrow. Clear coat Monday evening, let em sit for a few days, put em back together next weekend and package up and hopefully have em shipped off next Monday. Not as sharp as the TTF Dairy Deliveries I done, but pretty nice.
no big deal here tonight. wish the Colts would’ve been more into the game. Oh well!
Hey DK, where’s February NFZ. School got you completely tied up right now. I know you said it was a little more intense this semester.
HELLO!!! Is this thing on? I think I hear crickets.
i keep forgetting to put my beer mug in the freezer before work.
I keep forgetting to use my frozen beer mugs when I drink beer. But then my fridge downstairs keeps my beer/coke at 34 degrees. So the frozen mugs aren’t needed.
normally the glasses arent needed but i bought guinness.
Can’t recall if I’ve ever had a Guinness or not. Probably not. It’s dark and bitter isn’t it?
Me First?

i dont think its bitter, it is dark though and thick. someday i will buy you one.
Sounds good.
I don’t even know what to say about how that one sounds!
How did the February NFZ sneak in here? I’d swear it wasn’t here earlier…or is it just me?
i dont know but i love the picture this month, one of my favorites so far. i found a song dedicted to pbr but probably not the type of music anyone here would listen to.

The wifey dropped off BOTH pooterz to be repaired today. Hopefully I can get back online soon…and maybe even do a few posts! I really miss keeping up with y’all.
What is it Hudd??? Inquiring minds want to know!
Hudd are HW’s holding their value with this economy? More specifically redlines and 80′s black walls. I haven’t had the time to keep up with the collector market lately, but from what little bit I’ve watched on ebay it appears that some really good deals are out there. That is of course if you have any spare change…which I don’t. I really need to make some time to finish up a few customs that I started a few years back. Not much to my custom work other than wheel swaps and paint, but hey it’s fun AND cheap!
I have to keep my “project” under wraps for a while. Turned out better than I thought it would and looks good packaged up. I’ll let you know when I can what I have been working on.
I haven’t had any change to throw around so I haven’t paid much attention to HWs on ebay. Haven’t been to a Hot Wheels show in a couple years. I may go to one Sunday just to see what’s going on. I’ve got a bunch of stuff I want to move but not sure of prices.
so anyone here going to the north market festival other than the people i have already talked to? i cant wait to see everybody there.
work sucked tonight. 12 hours and none of it overtime.
Justin, I’ll be at North Market Saturday morning, probably leaving around lunch time though. I’m coming up Friday to see CaJohn’s new place, and unfortunately can’t stay long Saturday. The dinner Saturday night sounds like a blast, sorry I’ll be missing it.
I was hoping to make it this year, but I have way too much school work to do this weekend.
Speaking of school, I was leaving the house for my last class of the day today when I witnessed my neighbor trying to kill some guy with a butcher knife. Right out in the street in broad daylight. She was yelling “Where’s my rent money? I’m gonna kill you!” and swinging the knife at him trying to stab him. Lucky for him she missed and he could run faster than her. And even after having to stay put to talk to the police, I still made it to class on time.
We’ll be there Saturday morning hopefully by 8-9am..if we get on the road early enough…Ohio is an hour ahead of us.
Wish we could make Friday..but we both work til 4. Hope to catch you Ethan before you have to leave.
Wow! What a way to start your day off! Had to wake you up a bit. Did they take anyone away for that?
The day started out normally actually. I had finished my first class and went home for lunch. I was on the way out the door after lunch to go to my next class when it happened. They were still interviewing people when they turned me loose, so I don’t know who went where. The neighbors house is dark tonight, so they may have carted her off. I sure hope so at least.
When I first heard her saying the “I’m gonna kill you” to him, I just thought they were fussing was all. Especially since some of my other neighbors were outside witnessing it. Then when I saw the knife, it was like “OH crap, she’s serious!”, so that’s when I picked up the phone. I never saw him go after her, but he sure as hell was running from her when she started swinging that knife. The way it looked to me was that she attacked him, not the other way around, so I sure hope she went to jail.
man, wild stuff. glad nobody got hurt during the incedent. Hey DK, if you have any Hudd’s Fury left, I found out tonight that it’s really good on bacon. Give it try.
Subject: New 2010 Execerise
I tried it. I liked it. You will, too!!
The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.
If you’re over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!
SCROLL (all the way) DOWN..
NOW SCROLL UP…
That’s enough for the first day. Great job.
Have a glass of wine.

Subject: Makes Sense To Me
Sometime this year, we taxpayers will again receive another ‘Economic Stimulus’ payment.
This is indeed a very exciting program and I’ll explain it by using a Q & A format:
Q. What is an ‘Economic Stimulus’ payment ?
A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers.
Q. Where will the government get this money ?
A. From taxpayers.
Q. So the government is giving me back my own money ?
A. Only a smidgen of it.
Q. What is the purpose of this payment ?
A. The plan is for you to use the money to purchase a high-definition TV set, thus stimulating the
economy.
Q. But isn’t that stimulating the economy of China ?
A. Shut up.
Below is some helpful advice on how to best help the U.S. economy by spending your stimulus check wisely:
* If you spend the stimulus money at Wal-Mart, the money will go to China or Sri Lanka.
* If you spend it on gasoline, your money will go to the Arabs.
* If you purchase a computer, it will go to India, Taiwan or China.
* If you purchase fruit and vegetables, it will go to Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala.
* If you buy an efficient car, it will go to Japan or Korea.
* If you purchase useless stuff, it will go to Taiwan.
* If you pay your credit cards off, or buy stock, it will go to management bonuses and they will hide it offshore.
Instead, keep the money in America by:
1) Spending it at yard sales, or
2) Going to ball games, or
3) Spending it on prostitutes, or
4) Beer or
5) Tattoos.
(These are the only American businesses still operating in the U.S. )
Conclusion:
Go to a ball game with a tattooed prostitute that you met at a yard sale and drink beer all day !
No need to thank me. I’m just glad I could be of help.
Looking for the Yummy..but it’s only a blank page..is that a joke?
Now that’s my kinda lunch! There used to be a great Italian place here that had an angelhair pasta with squid, scallops and mussels in a garlic oil sauce. Yummy!
