What’s the difference between an epeleptic corn farmer and a prostitute with diarrhea?

I went to a local gun club’s wild food feed this weekend. They had bear stew, buffalo stew, wild boar, wild turkey, rabbit, raccoon, pheasant, venison meatloaf, roast elk, elk sausage, and the usual mashed potatoes, stuffing, and corn. I certainly didn’t walk away hungry!

sounds like the family get togethers I would go to with my folks back in the late 60′s. Sort of a kill it and grill it cookout weekend party. All of mom’s people were big hunters. They traveled all over the country and would hunt and eat everything. She had one cousin who was a big game hunter that traveled to Africa to hunt. He had been featured in a couple magazines back in the day. His family room was full of exotic animal heads. His collection of guns had to be something else. As an eight year old, I know I was impressed with them. The hunting bug is still there and their freezers are full of meat of all kinds. The grandkids are into it now big time. I personally haven’t been hunting in close to twenty years. Since a buddy of mine shot me while rabitt hunting I’ve become a little gun shy. Still love to eat the meat when I can.

      Jeff says:

I’ve never been a hunter but have nothing against them. My dad hunts and I’m happy to eat anything he shoots! I do fish sometimes though. Catfish is my favorite, cooked on the grill with my secret seasoning blends.

Dr. Thomas Perls, director of the New England Centenarian Study at Boston University Medical School, told a conference in Brisbane, Australia, in March 2005 that he donates blood regularly, largely because he believes it will prolong his life. Women outlive males, Dr. Perls believes, mainly because they menstruate. Perls said iron loss inhibits the growth of free radicals that age cells. “I menstruate,” he said, “every eight weeks.” [News Limited (Australia),

It wasn’t last night..when I clicked on it..it went to a blank page..but I can see them now! Yuck! I wouldn’t try the canned crickets. Drew has some of those insects in candy..he’s keeping them. I think he ate the fly candy. But started getting grossed out once he reached the fly.

Danny gets the meal worms from JJs now and then. I think he buys the nacho flavored. I like the fish food fake out you done.

Need some hot sauce advice. My fridge shut down over the weekend. I had 40 or so bottles of hot sauce in it, most of them had better than half a bottle left. Are they ruined and need to be thrown away or would they still be otay to use? I hate to throw away over 200 dollars worth of sauce, but then again I’d hate to wind up in the hospital with food poisoning.

I’d be careful if it were a fruit based sauce, but you are probably OK with all of them,. The PH is so low that a few days wont effect the shelf life (I dont even refrigerate most of my sauce, but they usually get finished pretty fast once opened.)

stopped in an Amish food store 30 miles north of me and found some habanero/jalapeno cheese. Bought a chunk of it to check it out. quite a few pieces of peppers chopped up in it. Very tasty and very hot. Next time I’m up that way I’m getting another chunk of it to use in mac and cheese.
