		<description>Thanks DK! I agree about the guitar playing peppers..there should be 2..maybe a green and a red one. It&#039;s funny how Ethan and I had different impressions on the vinegar taste. But the Singin&#039; Smoke was my favorite of the sauces also!</description>

I like the pepper, but shouldn&#039;t there maybe be two of them? &quot;Scoville Brothers&quot; is plural, right? I think a great label could be built around a couple of guitar playing peppers. 

These sauces sound really good, and I wouldn&#039;t mind the thinness so much as long as the sauces packed a lot of flavor. Some of my favorite sauces are pretty thin, but still taste great.
