"Scoville Brothers" is plural, right? I think a great label could be built around a couple of guitar playing peppers. These sauces sound really good, and I wouldn't mind the thinness so much as long as the sauces packed a lot of flavor. Some of my favorite sauces are pretty thin, but still taste great.
