Yeah, that’s what I thought. I saw all your Cartel items this last time I was there. Danny wanted a bottle of That’s Hot and we got it for his Easter basket. Oh, almost forgot. I love the Mayan. I’ve had it with eggs, chicken, and tacos. It’s a really good mild sauce when I’m not in the mood for a lot of heat.

The name came from someone that works for me. I told him I wanted to Translate “mayan Madness Hot Sauce” and I got “Locura Mayan Salsa Caliente”…perhaps I will change it…

The first time I was eating the apple sauce, I was chowing down on it without any thought that the heat would bother me. I was about 1/2 way down when it hit me, and it was a serious ass kicking burn that wouldn’t relent for a while. I was impressed.
