Quaker Steak & Lube is having a Video contest where you can win free wings for three years and a $500 gift card. With all of the videos that you guys have created and submitted to TTF in the past, this should be right up your alley! Tell you what, if one of TTF’s regular contributors or commentors wins, I’ll add a TTF prize package to the mix. Bonus points if there’s a

I’d like to try that. Sounds like QS&L is looking for a commercial out of the deal as well. 30 second creative video. I’m not video savvy so all I can do is a 30 second clip of me eating their wings. Nope can’t even do that. Forgot Betty’s camera took a dump. If I would happen to do it I will have a small Short Bus diecast car with me. There’s a QS&L about 35 minutes away from me on the outskirts of Cincinnati.

Just back from eating eating the Triple Atomic wings and Quaker Steak. This is from the waiver I was supposed to sign
WARNING: Triple Atomic Wings are extremely hot with a Scoville Heat Unit rating of over 500,000. The handling and consumption of Triple Atomic Wings may irritate the skin and mouth and produce a sensation of burning!
The waiver then goes on stating that I would not hold QS&L, it’s agents, officers and team members responsible for anything that may happen to me. Also that I have in the past consumed the Atomic Wings that enables me to try the Triple Atomic Wings.
The wings weren’t that much hotter than the Atomic and not much better tasting. They did have a just a touch of sweetness when you first bite into them. I finished my six and had nice lip and tongue burn going on. The Triple sauce was an additional 1.50 on top of the 5.99 for 6 wings, so 7.49 for wings and 2.39 for a Pepsi was a bit high. I’ll stick with BW3. No video from me so I won’t be entering.

Hudd a video of you eating those wings, especially if it was done like a deathmatch under time would be sure to have won! We need to get a bunch of people together when you do that and get it on video!
Can I enter a part of the DM video for this..or does it have to take place in a QSL?
Click the link in the post to see the rules Sandi. You don’t actually have to be eating the wings in the video, just have to have the QS&L logo and show the wings. There’s a lot of different videos already submitted. Justin’s is really good.
I read the Rules..but I was confused a bit..it would seem that they want them to be their wings..but I guess not..Justins video is good! looked at a few of the other entries too..looks like a tricky thing.
Yeah, me eating Def Con wings would work as long as a QS&L logo was visable. The logos can be printed off the web site. I don’t know how to do any video work and dial up really sucks trying to post videos so I’m not doing a video for the contest. The wings really aren’t that hot.
voting is open now, theya re doing it from the same website listed in the post instead of from another website like they originally said. mine didnt make the cut but there are 10 you can vote on. most are very well edited, sucks for the people who dont know how to do that but best of luck to anyone that made it. except the nipples guy i hope he losses.
